I am a native of Bend with 24 years as a Realtor. During my real estate career I have achieved my Certified Residential Broker designation (CRB), and been named Realtor of The Year for the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. I have also served my association as an officer and committee member including President of the COAR, and President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. I also served the City of Bend as a city counsel member for 5 years, and am a former Bend Mayor. I just finished a contract as Bend's Agent of Record  where I acted as real estate advisor to the city counsel, and negotiated real estate transactions for the city. My areas of greatest expertise include residential, commercial and investment real estate as well as development property.
